Innovation Showcase, Posters and Vendor Requests

Innovation Showcase

Conference participants are invited to submit expressions of interest to display emerging and innovative practices at the Innovation Showcase. School boards, practitioners, consortiums, and policymakers are encouraged to submit. Displays will be in poster format. Expressions of interest that are primarily geared at for-profit tools and programs will not be accepted.  If interested, please submit your summary (no more than 250 words) by January 31, 2016 to Andie Lapp at alapp4@uwo.ca.

Showcase will take place during the late afternoon on February 16.

Research Posters

Conference participants are invited to submit abstracts for research papers to be presented as posters. Submissions should be data-based and related to the conference theme. If interested, please submit your abstract (no more than 250 words) by January 31, 2016 to Andie Lapp at alapp4@uwo.ca.

There will be a $150 prize for the top research poster.

Showcase will take place during the late afternoon on February 16.

Vendors

There are a limited number of vendor opportunities available. The cost for a single vendor space (1 table) is $1,000 and the cost for a double space (2 tables) is $1,500. This provides you with access to the vendor area for the duration of the three day event. If interested, please contact Andie Lapp at alapp4@uwo.ca to reserve your space by January 31, 2016.
