My professional and scholarly interests are centered on harassment and violence at work, including bullying, sexual harassment and violence, and intimate partner violence.  I have extensive professional experience in senior positions in the areas of learning and development within organizations in an array of sectors internationally. As a Research Partner and Adjunct Professor at the Centre for Research & Education on Violence Against Women & Children, I work with various multidisciplinary teams to conduct actionable research on harassment and violence at work that shapes the development of prevention and intervention practices.
